Spot's blog

Welcome to Spot's blog. The blog contains over a 1000 images of the parish of Stoke Climsland, including flora and fauna. The images are archived by date (month and year). Use the labels (listed on the left of this page) to look at areas of particular interest. The link to Google map (see the list of links) will show you where many of the photos were taken.

Hi Spot

I come back from a 2 week vacation to find this sad news! You may have taken thousands of pics of where you are and maybe feel you've done it all but I have found it all fascinating!

What you have before your eyes each day is not something we all get to see in our daily lives. I am in awe of the beauty that surrounds you in your life...you are lucky! And we are lucky to share it through your lens!

I hope after a summer respite you consider opening your blog again...how will I ever get through fall not knowing how the leaves fall in Cornwall?

thanks for that thought Tara. You may be right about coming back after what passes for summer here (very wet and depressing at present)in which case we will start up again.

Completely understand, Spot. This current summer is very depressing. However, never say never - you might just see something amazing one day. Something for which it's worth hanging in there.

So glad you may reconsider! Yeah! I took the 2 weeks off and came back refreshed for getting to my blog. I hope during your time off you'll hop over to my log to get a look at our New York summer--sweltering heat and sun (sorry--not trying to rub it in when weather is dreary by you!.So sit back, relax, and take in the sights of New York (not beautiful as Cornwall but interesting!)
