punctuation


this is the comma (for the top side see 16/7 in archive) but showing the intriguing white mark on the undeside of the wing very clearly. This must be a second generation comma, perhaps it ought to be called the apostrophe but then it would never be found in the right place. Its a hard life (!). Posted by Picasa

holly


this picture appeals to me; it is almost as if the holly has been used to paint the sky. The holly is fighting back against a bad dose of honey fungus. Is this the largest living organism in Cornwall? Posted by Picasa
