That's interesting. We've got a pair who seem to be spending a lot of time in a tree in the field border at the back of us. I can't see a nest anywhere near but maybe they've yet to build one. Unfortunately they are just at the limit of my lenses so my photographs of them are less than impressive.
I saw him the other day. He looked to have firmly taken up residence. I saw another at the back of Venterdon being chanced by a group of crows in a most determined manner.
